Refund policy

Overview

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll always aim to deal with it fairly and transparently.


Change of Mind (UK & EU Customers)

If you’re based in the UK or EU, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery

  • You then have a further 14 days to return the item

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

Once we receive the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.


International Orders (Outside UK & EU)

For customers outside the UK and EU, we offer a 14-day returns window from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be returned unused and in original condition

  • Return shipping costs, customs charges, and duties are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Refunds are processed once the item has been received and inspected.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.


Exclusions

The following items are non-returnable, unless faulty:

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Limited editions where stated at point of sale

This does not affect your statutory rights.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Import duties and taxes are non-refundable

Due to the nature of fine art printing, slight variations in colour or texture may occur. These variations are part of the process and do not constitute a fault.
