We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll always aim to deal with it fairly and transparently.
Change of Mind (UK & EU Customers)
If you’re based in the UK or EU, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right:

You then have a further 14 days to return the item

Once we receive the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.
International Orders (Outside UK & EU)
For customers outside the UK and EU, we offer a 14-day returns window from the date of delivery.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the item and packaging
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

A Note on Artwork
Due to the nature of fine art printing, slight variations in colour or texture may occur. These variations are part of the process and do not constitute a fault.
